To submit a ticket via the E-Portal please follow the steps below,
- On the home page at tzedigital.com select E-Portal from the support drop-down on the top right corner, alternatively you can go to tzedigital.com/helpdesk.
- Login with your registered email and password
- Click on “New Ticket“.
- Enter the details of your issue or question in the provided form, including the subject, description, and any attachments.
- Select the priority level for your ticket from the dropdown menu.
- Select the options that best matches your issue from the dropdown menu.
- Click on “Submit Ticket” to create your ticket.
Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and a link to view your ticket. You can track the progress of your ticket and communicate with our support team through the ticket page. The support team will work on resolving your issue and provide updates on the ticket page or via a phone call if necessary.
